Mind D is the solo project of Lorenz Nenntwich, born 1984 and living in Germany since he first saw the daylight. Computer and music addicted since the childhood, played first time Guitar and Drums in a kind of family-band room. With 10 years, he turned on producing electronic music with a tracker software on the good old Commodore AMIGA. He tryed himself on compusing in different styles (from rave & trance over to drum n bass).
In 1995 he made his first contact with Psytrance through some friends and his bro. After a long learning process he met Mana aka Psyra who was always more focusing on the DJ-side and introduced him into sound production, what brought them later in 2003 to the foundation of the Psytrance/Fullon project Psyborgs. They made various underground releases on the net and also a small live performance in 2005.
In the same time he started the Psyknights project together with Liquid 9, which is more aimed to listeners and different media. In 2006 he founded Electronic Dope Records together with his brother and some friends. The same year he made his first offical release under Psyborgs together with Miditec on Telekiness Rec, followed by the Debut Album of Psyknights on Electronic Dope Rec in mid summer, and another release of his Fullon side-project Kaos with Brainiac on Psychonautic Mindlab.
2007 was a very busy year for him, focusing mainly on expanding the label, working as A&R Manager for EDR and his job as Web-Designer for Electronic Dope Design. Mind D is proud to present a V/A compiled & layouted by him to be released on Electronic Dope Records in the beginning of 2008, which contains besides 8 killer tracks selected from EDR-Artists also another Psyborgs (Mind D vs Mana) & Psyknights track. - Watch Out..
